The Challenges

Scale: They aimed to rapidly expand while maintaining a favorable ACOS.

Prioritization: Determining which SKUs to prioritize for expansion, given the extensive range of hundreds of options available.

Our Solution

Achieving rapid expansion while upholding a favorable ACOS posed a challenge, requiring careful spending management. To mitigate overspending, we created low CPC campaigns such as product targeting, auto-close match, and phrase match campaigns. Additionally, we preemptively compiled a "negative keyword list" for each SKU and promptly incorporated it into the campaigns.

Prioritizing SKUs was straightforward; expanding on a product required meeting three criteria:

1. High sales velocity.

2. High conversion rates.

3. Gaps in the existing campaign coverage.


If a product met those three criteria, we would proceed to develop the corresponding campaigns.

The Impact

The implementation of System Lab's model alongside EcoDecors' high-quality and extensive product line resulted in a 34% increase in monthly sales. This translated into an additional $106,000 in monthly sales.
